1. Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders directly from our U.S. warehouse located in Portland, Oregon.
2. How long will delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can check your delivery status anytime.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment options available at checkout.
5. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@selyoku.shop.
We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as items are unused and in their original packaging.

7. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged or wrong item.
We’ll replace it at no cost or issue a refund promptly.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States only.

9. Are your tools safe for food use?
Yes! All our baking tools and accessories are made from food-grade materials that meet U.S. safety standards.
